Classes and Workshops

 

Professional yet informal, challenging yet fun: our courses will teach you specific skills or new techniques, fill you with knowledge, inspire you to to try different cuisines or new recipes, and restore your va va voom in the kitchen. 

We hold classes in our kitchen or in your home or office. Our courses are carefully structured and are designed to be fully hands on, allowing plenty of time to be comfortable with the technique you’re learning. Most are around 4 hours, with small numbers for that dedicated attention, tea and coffee flow throughout and finish with a meal (and a glass of something appropriate) that you’ve cooked yourself.  

 

We provide aprons to wear and all the food and equipment you will need to participate in the course.  You’ll have a full recipe sheet to take away, and you are free to eat or take home the dishes you prepare. 

 

You should wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes, bring a hair band for tying up long hair, Tupperware in case of leftovers, and a pen should you wish to take notes. 

 

Our chefs have all been professionally trained at Leiths with a wealth of experience, and are happy to answer any (cooking related) questions you may have on the day.

 

We are very used to working around allergies, and will try our utmost to accommodate serious allergies with notice.
