I started The Groovy Goose very simply to help people be able to achieve what they wanted to in the kitchen. Boil the perfect egg; fine. Cook the perfect steak; great. Change the family diet to an allergen free one, or to work out how to accommodate some other dietary change; no problem. To prepare and fillet fish whilst talking about sustainability; brilliant... you get the picture. Although there are structured courses, the family and individual workshops allow attention to a specific detail that means exceptional value.
Our chefs are all trained professionally, mostly at Leiths in London, and have an enormous amount of experience and knowledge. We are all passionate about demystifying processes to inspire and enable children and adults to be their best.
