Teaching you how to make pasta dough from scratch gives you inspiration and confidence to knock up a quick but delicious meal at home; whether you choose to make an egg yolk ravioli, a lamb ragu pappardelle, or a classic spaghetti arabiatta. Like all our courses, this is suitable for all levels and fully hands on: you'll be making, cooking - and eating - every dish.
