Sauces

Think of your favourite meal, and think about what brings it together... the sauce. Roast chicken needs a great gravy, eggs benedict is completed by the hollandaise, and a pizza would not be a pizza without the tomato sauce. 

On this course we'll prepare some delicious dishes and the sauces to go with them. Dishes can vary: we could get started with a fabulous chicken and thyme red wine jus, knock up a salsa verde to go with hot smoked salmon, and make a hollandaise for asparagus or a puttanesca for pasta. 

The course is hands on and you'll prepare all the sauces yourself. Recipes vary according to season, so if there's something specific you want to learn call before you book, or consider a one to one cookery class in your own home.
