Knife Skills Workshop
Want to know your brunoise from your batons and your julienne from your chiffonnade?
We'll show you how to choose and care for your knives, teach you which knives to use for which tasks and how to use them efficiently and accurately. You'll learn to slice and dice like a pro, and understand how using each technique can save time whilst elevating the taste and style of your cooking.
Your tutor will explain and demonstrate each stage, but this course is fully hands on and you will work individually for the most part, cooking yourself a delicious lunch or dinner in the process!
Menus vary seasonally and according to availability, but could include sea bass ceviche with onion and chilli, lamb rack with tomato and basil salsa and an Asian slaw with sesame glazed salmon.
