Even if you want an informal meal, there are ways of presenting food that makes it look, well, a bit more special. 

 

We’ll show you how to carve to make the best of your meat, how to use crockery to your advantage, and professional tricks, from quenelling and moulding to dusting, to really show off your food and bring your plate together.  

 

As with all our courses you’ll make food to eat or take away, but extra time will be spent allowing you to practice techniques so you feel completely confident. 

 

Although this course benefits more experienced cooks, it is perfectly suitable for all levels.
